Abstract Submission Instructions
The presenters for abstracts which are selected for posters will be required to register for the conference. The conference will not provide an honorarium or reimburse travel, hotel and/or related expenses.
Abstracts which are selected for poster presentation will be published in the course syllabus.
Please note that the electronic submission of scanned abstracts (i.e. image data files) and faxed submissions are not acceptable.
Requirements
o Abstracts are limited to 600 words.
o Abstracts must be written in English.
o Use Times New Roman 12 point font throughout the abstracts.
The abstract must include the title of the poster, the author(s), and the name and location of their institution(s) or affiliation(s). The abstract must be divided into the following sections.
o Introduction
o Methodology
o Results
o Discussion
o References
Abstract submissions will be accepted starting April 1.
